go for the high test fuel. it helps. tire pressure watch your max but 38-40 will help too. For me I drive a lot of twisty roads and only a couple of interstate trips so I rarely get to go above 60mph so my numbers are better than yours.
Also last summer towed my heavier camper, wife and two kids across the Kancamagus Highway, NH. switch backs, 8% grades dozens of run off pits if needed.
I turned the brake controller up a little higher and had no problems keeping up (and slowing down) with traffic. wish the same could be said about the kids. (one got car sick)
