CARB (our friends) has outlawed windshield washer fluid "winter formula" in all but a few zip codes located in the Sierras since 1993. Everywhere else in the State can only buy the "summer formula" fluid.

I read something about replacement parts for ice vehicles being outlawed to get them off the road. Going to br like Cuba soon trying to keep the old ones running. They are starting to tax cow farts so it may not be long before passing gas is included. Probably your phone will sniff for them and keep tally.
