Vibration from climate control fan

Searched but didn’t see this as a previously posted thread, so....
My fan/blower vibrates at high settings and decreases with lower settings. High speed is enough to make vehicles in the rear view mirror look fuzzy.
Yes, I’m taking it to the dealer, but just curious as to whether this is a known issue.

HI Thom,

Open the glove box door and drop it down to access the cabin filter. Remove the filter and using a mirror, see if the fan has debris causing the imbalance....

I recall another forum member that found acorns in the fan...how the heck they get there is a mystery to me, but I guess there is a way through the cowl...

to balance out Phils "wealth of information", a number of us offer nothing

it helps keep Phil honest as we muddy the waters with bullshit.

when you find acorns, or dead mice in there and remove them with a shopvac, don't forget to add the Fan Scroll Damper mod as well since you're there already
basically its a large rubber band strategically placed on the 3rd, 9th and 16th fan blade to help dampen the harmonics of the fan as it reaches peak terminal velocity.

Are these even or odd order harmonics? Knowing that will sway my decision to use either natural or synthetic rubber bands. \m/

If the little buggers got into the ventilation (chewed through the recirc. grill and into the glove box to grab a mask), where else might they be?
