I just had this put in. I might trim just a bit of the rubber on the back sides (see pics). Overall, I am happy with it. I tried putting it in myself, but discovered fairly quickly that it takes a skill set (patience) that I don't have! I got a killer deal on Amazon ($889), and it went up in price the next day, but by the time I paid to have it installed, it ended up being about the same cost as it would be to purchase today. I will say if you want to do this, and you have a drop in bed liner, it will have to be at least partially removed. There are a few items that get screwed to the inside of the truck bed. This one came with a inside LED light, and carpet covers the underneath side.

Ignore the dirty bed! Haven't had a chance to clean it out.

Looks great! That's the cover I think I'm going to end up getting. I have been hemming and hawing back and forth about covers for months! Lol. I really like the matte finish on this one. How's the carpet on the bottom and the light rail? The light part looks pretty cheesy from what I can tell.

I read that the light is cheap, but it looks good to me. The carpet is nice, smooth, and a good color. I really like it. Not too concerned with the light, as I looked at it as a bonus.

Iā€™ve had the same one for about 8 months and very happy with it. I donā€™t use the light a lot but itā€™s still on the first set of batteries I put in.

Long term updates on this cover anyone, would you buy it again if you got another truck? Hows the weather resistance with it.

Still love it. haven't had too many issues. As far as weather goes, when I take it through the auto car wash, I get some water inside, but in general rain fall, it seems to do well. I could probably seal it up better if I really needed to, but it has never been an issue, so I haven't bothered.

I have the base model UnderCover Flex and love it. Was worried about a folding cover vs my old undercover single piece on my last truck. But no regrets!
And UnderCover is a great company regarding product support. I updated my last cover to the removable hinges with there help. And I bought my UnderCover Flex 2nd hand, it was an early version. They made improvements and I was able to buy an upgrade kit.

Good to know as I'm planning on going with the UnderCover ArmorFlex if the truck ever get built.

I installed my undercover ultra flex a few weeks ago and have been happy with it. Installed it myself, and some of the brackets fought me a bit (especially when trying to get the included light in the spot I wanted it), but it ended up coming out great and hasnā€™t blown off on the highway (yet).

As for regular rain, weā€™ve gotten quite a bit here lately, and Iā€˜m quite happy with its dampness protection. The only place I seem to get any wetness is around the tailgate, but I think thats more do to the fact you can drive a Tacoma through the panel gap between the tailgate and truck bed when closed than anything to do with the cover. I havenā€™t taken it through an auto car wash, but I have a gift card for one, so I probably will just to test it out.

Overall, I would definitely buy it again, and Iā€™m sure installing it a second time would go a lot smoother with a lot less curse words.

I also just realized I took that picture prior to moving the light. The instructions (which suck) showed two loacations: where it is located in that picture, and then slid down the rail closer to the cab. I didnā€™t like the way the final panel clipped into place with the light in that location, so I moved it down closer to the cab and like it a lot better.

Can somebody measure the open bed distance from the inside of the tailgate to the cover with two panels folded up? I will need ~46" open bed to fit a mountain bike over the rear tailgate in my just ordered scab bed. I'd prefer tri panel, and this looks like the best option out there, but it seems like that will be cutting it close.
