Stock wheel offset for US Ranger is +55. Ranger Raptor stock offset is also +55 and uses 285/70 17s. Why does it seem like everybody here in the US needs us use wheel spacers to fit 285s to clear UCAs when the Raptors can pull it off without spacers?

What am I missing?

As said above the Raptor uses completely different suspension.

The UCA must still be the same design though, I've seen the aftermarket UCAs for the global Ranger and they look the same as US spec ones.

Maybe spindle is spaced out further?

Definitely similar, but both upper and lower arms and knuckle are all different.

Getting different UCA's really helps change the geometry for the better on ours if you want to run 285's and/or lift properly. The factory geometry on the Aussie market Ranger is totally different so much that none of their upgraded parts can bolt on to our Rangers. Wheel track, spindles, UCA/LCA, etc.
