Turning factory fogs yellow

Anyone know of a way to turn the factory rigid fog lights into more of a yellow hue without going aftermarket replacement? General consensus after a few days in winter is that they give off enough light, just not the right color light.

I used Vivvids tint on my side markers. Works well there. Haven't tried it on the fogs but imagine it would be tougher on a curved surface.

I went with LED switch backs - so I have yellow AND white

Unless you have a Lariat replacement LED bulbs aren’t too expensive but Lariats requires a whole new lamp which can be expensive depending on the power you want.

Yellow film is the cheapest but from my experience the surface is too rounded and the film won’t lay flush without crease’s.

opps - I missed that OP had a Tremor, I assume they come with LED fogs so my comment is N/A!

Lariat tremor with led fogs. Was wondering if there was maybe like a lens cap that could be fabricated and jammed in front of it? But that might lead to water build up...

i think it said rigid fogs?
Rigid Ind. makes snap on covers that are yellow / amber. they work well. actually better than the rigid amber lights. i bought a set tried them and returned them. i am happy with the covers.

Yellow stained glass spray from your local craft shop. Way easier than film.

That cover is almost exactly what I was thinking of! When it's not freezing out I'll go take a look and see if I think it will fit.

if you have the rigid d series pods, sold with the ford perf. upgrades then it should be a direct fit. just be sure to get the correct cover for the series of lights you have.

I installed AUXITO yellow LED bulbs in mine. They are amazingly bright.

Tried the tint truck with spray on, no go. Going to likely have to go cover. Not 100 percent sure if I can change the bulb. Might have to look into that this weekend or over the holiday. I think part of the issue is that they are facing into no man's land. Will try and adjust them while checking for bulb replacement opportunities

Upon further review, they are LED, but not rigid lights. Bulb replacement is looking like the best option. Will likely order some diode dynamics bulbs and install and adjust over the holiday weekend.

Update: factory LED fog light bulbs are not replaceable unless replacing the whole housing.
