Funny.....your rig is a Jayco Jay Flight 24RL, and ours is a Jayco Jay Feather 24RL.....
Must be a western item...didn't know they made a Jay Flight 24RL.
It's a 2020 Jay Flight SLX 245RLSW. I don't think they've made it for a few years. It's nearly identical to the Jay Feather 24RL in layout. The only difference I've seen in the Feather is that the rear camp-side storage compartment on the newer 24RLs is smaller than ours, which is a disappointment. They appear to have added more drawers inside in that space.

Same layout as our Jay Feather. We have dual recliners instead of the sofa and had it built with a free standing table and chairs in place of the dinette, so it's set up for just the two of us.
But weights and handling should be the same for both. Ours is right at 7000 lbs loaded to go.

I'd love to replace the convertible rear couch with theater seats, but the heater underneath precludes an easy solution for that.

Ours is the "Rocky Mountain Edition", which has the sealed and heated bottom, as well as 80 gallons of fresh water, which we typically don't fill to capacity. Max weight is 7,000, which because of the Ranger we try not to meet. I did replace and upgrade both axles a last year after somehow bending the rear one. The originals were 3,500 ea, which was quite inadequate for a 7,000 trailer. I now have two 5,000 axles, so that shouldn't happen again.

How do y’all stay under your payload limits? I am looking at smaller/lighter trailers than these and my hitch weight puts me right at the payload limit!

I started with a lightly optioned 2wd truck. 1711# payload. I'm at about 650# on the hitch, and I don't load anything into the truck except the wife and myself (well, and the dog). Maybe a couple of bikes in the bed, but those don't weigh much.

--Edit--

I will add that a particular pet peeve of mine is the current marketing around trucks. It drives me crazy that Ford sells an F150 with a payload under 1200#''s. Toyota is much the same, they are so short on payload that you can't even tow a yard cart with them. Then people with no clue buy them, load them to the gills, and drag ass down the highway. See them every time we take a trip.
