I was driving home from work tonight and my radio screen went black and radio shut off. It was still somewhat what backlit. This is the 3rd time this happened (got it march of 21) but the first time at night so never noticed the back light VERY dim. Anyway every time shutting the truck off removing the key for a minute or so fixes it (I also open and shut the door). I am aware of the power button right track button reset process but never tried it.
The questions I have are does the reset totally fix it or is that that same as shutting off the truck and it’ll possibly happen again. Also WHY? Does anyone know what the issue is.
