I'd be asking your dealer where the "screw up" happened. Did the dealer give the wrong color code when he placed the order with Leer? I know you said you gave VIN number and paint code... but maybe dealer gave wrong code if he ordered it verbally. If that's the case, Leer most likely is going to charge the dealer for the repaint.thank you all for responses. Im going to go today to get a paint match pen for my truck as i have a few small scratches anyway and ill go to the dealer and tell him to return the cap to leer and give them one more shot to get it right. if it comes back wrong again then the deal is off and i either get my deposit back or will talk to a lawyer and see what my options are.
