Those with blend door/bad heater assembly issues, what year is your Ranger?

Highly likely Ford knows all the specifics of the problem - root cause, likelihood of failure, vins affected. Would be nice to know to make an informed decision regards buying x warranty, even nicer if Ford announced willingness to assist in repair (I believe they may have in some cases) .
No I've not been taking magic mushrooms this am, just wishful thinking.

From what I've read it was narrowed down to the 2019's and some early 2020 models.

For some reason I don't think I'm totally in the clear just cause Ford says the problem stopped on July 31st.

Yeah. My 2020 is a December 2019 build. It's my biggest concern since I just hit 36K miles.

Do you have the dashboard rattle or is your passenger seat belt clanging against the pillar? Many have these issues.

The seat belt clanging against the pillar gets me everytime. lol. Once I realize its just the belt, I let out a big "WHEW" ?

Mine just started doing the clicking on a regular basis once the car is going or the temperature changes. It was built 11/20 according to the sticker.

Sest belt does bang around a bit. Easy fix. Dash does have a bit of noise over the guages, but the blend door actuator definitely clicks. Im probably going to replace it myself. Last F150 was a dash out replacement. I did it in 30 minutes. So ill try it again.

My build date is 08/19, but I haven't had the problem yet (73k miles so far). Is this pretty much a guaranteed problem? The previous threads on the topic make it seem like its just a matter of when for 2019's.

Not sure what I'll do if I develop it. I doubt they would give me a rental without warranty, particularly since I'm driving between states every week.
