Usually people don't pay attention to the tax charge cause they're nothing they can do about it. But here I am seeing an almost 50% increase in taxes between two retailers. I assume difference in the environmental fee is disposal because I cannot remove the installation fee from Discount Tire despite no installers near me.

Anyways still a labor day discount for tires available. I am looking forward to seeing how the AT3s compare to my Wildpeaks. I'm going to weigh them too since the AT3s are supposed to be ~7lbs lighter per tire.

BTW if you're wondering which I ordered from the answer is neither. I found this site which doesn't have the greatest reputation, but somehow put two coupon codes in and got a crazy low price. If the tires are damaged or old date code I'll just get a refund.

That looks to be the difference because DT is giving you an out the door price. TE is for the sales only and the other charges will show up once you get them installed.

I think you'll really like them. I had the AT3's on my '19 and or the short time I had them I really liked them. They were much better than my Nitto Ridge Grapplers, quiet and lighter. I bought them through @Discount Tire and they matched the lower price I got from another online company Tire Buyer. I really wish I took the AT3's off my '19 because I hate these rock throwing General Grabbers!

I was thinking of going with the higher load C or whatever but the ST (standard) have been fine on my Wildpeaks. Just had a bad alignment is all.

I can't use DT's install anyway, the nearest Discount Tire is going to be a 3 hour round trip and I've got a few tire shops to price check here.
