Super cheap JBA exhaust

Have a minor exhaust leak at the too small pipe. I’ll expand it later and do it right. Its tiny so no worries right now. I already changed into clean clothes lol

Doesn't look too bad at all. Can you take a pic about 40 feet back looking straight on from the rear? The reason I ask is because I don't like how the stock tailpipe hangs down to the right. Yours appear to be more tucked up close, but not sure.

We have some nasty storms today so maybe tomorrow. Considering how much adjustment you get you can have it hang or tuck. I rested it on my knee right where I wanted it. It is definitely tucked up and pretty flush looking with the truck. Unlike the lazy eye placement Ford decided on. Hell for the price its great. First start up in the garage was a little obnoxious but once I pulled out and it settled down it seemed fine.

Im getting the harbor freight exhaust expander this weekend to try to fix that slip joint.

When I first heard my Gibson dual rear exit from behind, I thought it sounded pretty subtle. But in the cab it was much more noticeable, but not obnoxious. It took me a while to get used to. I feel for certain I gained a few more HP's coupled with the Livernois tune.

The front pipe was a touch small. Some polish ingenuity fixed it. Louder at cold start and has a nice burble at idle. No drone really only hear it above 2500. Otherwise it feels and sounds good. Pics and video to follow

Used what my buddy used to call an idiot tool, channel locks and flared it out a bit. It fits but the seal is not perfect. You can feel a little exhaust squirting out. But I have Y fittings on the hvac cooling lines on our expedition to replace first. They arrive tomorrow.
