Stop Sync from turning on with passenger door

Is there any way to prevent Sync 3 from booting up / turning on when the passenger door is opened? I unlock after being away for a while, open the passenger door,and it boots up for reasons I don't understand

I open the doors a lot, and only need Sync 3 active when the key is in the ignition...

I wish there were a way to turn off the fuel pump priming with door-open, but at least hopefully there's a setting to turn off the door-based Sync activation...
