Steering wheel phone button 2021 XLT

Press to access phone mode or to answer a phone call. So I press this to put the screen in phone mode and nothing happen. It works fine from the touch screen. Am I doing something wrong?

When you press the phone control on the steering wheel that only answers the call. You can use voice command which is the one on the right side control, top center. You can press that once and say a command like "call Duke mobile" and it will call for you hands free.
