As long as it's drawing power, I'm sure that would work too. I think the smell would be to much for me in such a small area and with my luck I'd have an asthma attack. ? ?

Yeah, might be good for shorter trips, but long ones might get to be too much. My usual commutes are about 45 minutes. Might be just enough for the freshener to warm up and then calm back down when parked. Might try it for yuks.

The most sure fire start/stop disable is to never drive your truck. It won't even have a chance to be enabled if you don't drive it.

I looked everywhere, can't find a button marked FKN.

I installed one of these. first stop sign the truck shut off. but than the rest of the trip it kept running but where I went last night might not have had many stops. Guess I need to go out again tonight and try the city.

I am generally a tightwad too. I went the Autostart module only because I jumped the gun and hadnt heard of the nightlight trick. I think I bought the module same day I drove the truck home after seeing it advertised on TV, ( some car show on motor trend channel) I probably would have tried the nightlight. if it works it would have suited me. but I have no regret over the module purchase. different strokes I guess. and to be honest even with the option to turn the ASS back on, I havent yet in 5000 or so miles.

Has anyone tried an iPhone charger plugged in ? Wonder if it works the same as a night light.

I installed one of these. first stop sign the truck shut off.

I guess we need to burn more power. I had 2 plugged in and the truck still shut off.
Now I do have my voltage turned up to 14.2v so maybe that is the cause. But truck shuts off and night lights stay lit.
