Oxford....Horse country...way out from the Detroit Metro area! Hope your commute is not 2 to 3 hours like a few of my engineers that lived that far from Dearborn..

My commutes only 35-45 minutes depending on traffic. My business is in Troy so its not a bad drive. I used to go to the Allen Park facility quite a bit from Clarkston and that was enough of a hike for me. Cant imagine doing a daily 2-3 hour drive.

Our condo is in Troy, where our handicapped daughter lives. We are there in the summer for a few weeks to tend to repairs and other things as well as visiting friends. Crooks and Kirts Blvd.

Hey Michigan folk, Hi from Kalamazoo, 131 and 94 to be almost exact. Texas Township.
Moved here from the Detroit area 5 years ago, found my little 10 acre slice of heaven.
I have an hour commute but I'm putting all those miles on the Fusion hybrid. I love driving the truck but I also love not having to drive the truck. 1800 miles so far.
I remember the Crooks and Kirts area, Lucas was right on the corner I believe, worked all over the metro D for years.

My condo is on Kirts about 100 yards East of Crooks... Still own it as my Daughter lives in it... Lucas was on Maple Lawn as I recall.

Hey Phil, my bad, Lucas was on Maple Lawn and at the corner of Corporate Drive and Crooks, where I-75 dumps you onto Crooks, not Kirts.
