I bring news to the Tremors that have been left out of the solid drive shafts. I was able to take mine in to Tom Woods and get a Tremor adapter prototyped. I must say it was a success and I finally solved that God damn shake and squeak at acceleration. I didn't really want to F around with a carrier drop, and this solved it. After I let them know the adapter has worked great, I expect they will have then on the market shortly!

Looks beefy! Looks like the area next to splines is machined to accept a rubber dust bellows. Do they have one they recommend?

Oh yeah this one definitely an improvement. Like many have said, a beefy solid should have been factory.

I'm not sure yet, that's one thing I need to still talk to them about, I honestly would've thought it came with one. I'll let you know what they say.

Correct, basically the ones currently sold said incompatible with the Tremor models since we have a unique mating point on the rear diff. Instead of the standard 4 bolt, we got an 8 bolt. I suppose anyone could make the conversion needed from the 4 to 8 like seen in the pic, but it's definitely nice to have a purchase option if you aren't equipped to machine.

Glad to see tremor folks should be able to enjoy some one piece goodness. I just installed mine last week and what a difference, I actually love my truck again

Good job. Many people report success with on piece drive shafts.
Shouldn't the shorter splined shaft be closer to the transmission/transfer case for better protection? And with the price of the thing, it should already have bellows on it.

Interesting, good solution, better than replacing the pinon flange, plus it effectively shortens the driveshaft, that changes the critical speed/driveshaft length equation, raises the critical speed, nice!!

Very nice! I do not like the 3k mile grease maintenance interval though...

Would it still need grease every 3k if it had bellows? To me, those exposed spine will be dirt, dust, and mud collectors.

Agreed and this is a good question.

The best mod that I have made to my 2020 Ranger XLT SCab 4x4. Worth every penny.

On my TW Driveshaft there is a scraper seal that cleans the splines of the slip joint as the DS expands and compresses. Look closely at the expansion joint and you'll see it.

I lube mine once annually. Be sure to use the correct grease.

installed on 9/22 - no issues at all and still looks great. Splines are clean.
