I went camping this weekend at our site in Lake Wales Fl and on the way home, this guy passed me by. It was impressive however, I was going 75 and he passed me by at least 10 mph.

These pictures were at slower speeds but I didn't want to take pictures at the higher speeds.

That is a SCrew right? Surprised there is enough room between the wheel wells and front of the box for the front tires. Definitely a bid shoe horn.

The ATV looks exactly like my Honda Foreman 500. The ATV would be approximately 47” wide.

When I picked up my Outlander Max back in August I was worried about the width between the wheel wells, and since it was a 4 hour drive to the dealership I was buying from I was taking no chances. Borrowed my parents F-150 and was gonna build a ramp over/on top of the wheel wells when I got back.

Long story short: fits great with about 1 inch on each side.

Top picture: Loaded in the folks '16 super crew short bed (5 1/2').

This reminds me of the time I hauled an EZGO golf cart in the back of my 2001 Ranger from Yuma to Buckeye, AZ. I needed to load it in backwards so the weight of the batteries was closer to the axle. About 1/2" clearance on each side and wheel wells to get over. The rear window of the truck was only an inch from the back of the cart.

It was tight!

Yeah...the tie downs, or lack thereof, would be my concern lol. I set the strap first that keeps it from going forward...then put extra tension on it from a strap going across the back.

My Suzuki KQ 400 fits nicely into the bed with no issues. As per the Suzuki website its 45.1" wide and I do have some wiggle room driving up my ramps.

I ATV every fall for three days of riding in the Piaute Trail System in central Utah. There are 2,700 miles of trails from mild to challenging. For the past two years I've towed a trailer with two ATVs, my Can-Am 650 and a neighbor's Polaris, and the bed of my '19 Ranger Super Crew is my Can-Am 650 Max. The max fits with an inch on either side to spare although I have to remove the swing out "box" installed on the left side of the bed. It just fits but after the first year's trip I noted the front bumper rubs heavily on the upper bed rail, wearing the metal. I have some of that Harbor Freight hard sponge rubber, interlocking stuff I tape to the front to prevent further wear. Most ATVs are <50" IOT meet the 50" width limit increasingly found throughout trails on public lands so unless larger tires or wheel spacers are installed, the ATV will fit in the bed of the Ranger. The tailgate cables are rated for 500 or so pounds so driving up with an 800 pound ATV is of concern and should be watched during loading.

I measured up my ATV which is almost identical to the one in the picture. Almost identical, as I upgraded my tires to taller and wider tires, well before my Ranger was in the picture. I am pretty sure the OEM tires would just fit between the wheel wheels, where my tires would just edge up on the side of the wheel wells.

I have a trailer for hauling my ATV, but good to know in a pinch it could fit in the truck.

Not sure if I would hurt the wheel wells if the ATV was up on them.
