I live in Colorado Springs and commute to Denver every day.

I have city driving and highway driving, probably 65% highway. But our highways are not flat by any means. My commute over 55 miles starts at 6,000 feet, goes up to 7300, back down to like 6k, up to 6800 and back down to like 5800 - all in one direction. Reverse that for the way home.

And in the city in Denver, yeah, it's pretty flat, not a lot of hills, but in the springs when I'm running errands and stuff it's not very flat here at all.

It may be hard to make out but 23.4 MPG Average (was 23.9 prior to a long period of idling with AC on recirculate) computer calibrated to match hand calculation. Usually average around 22
93 octane
Mostly city
Moderate/Aggressive driving
Factory suspension/Tires
Tires set at 38 PSI
So there were only 2 variables contributing to recent increased MPG. First had tires rotated at my brothers shop, no change in MPG over 50 miles driven that day. Next day I did a half assed GDI maintenance, not being convinced it was early enough to “really” need it, I chose not to get to deeply involved lest I get an itch that cost $$$ to scratch. I used 1 can of CRC GDI/Turbo cleaner, I used the “Professional Use” instructions on back with my buddy operating gas pedal while I sprayed cleaner through vacuum tube.... What a world of difference, I’ll definitely be doing this more often and also installing a catch can next week pending arrival from JLT. Not only got MPG back up where it was during break in but the truck is noticeably smoother in shifting and no more stumbly hesitations

just last weekend drove to the other side of my state and back. 140 miles each way. On the way there i got 25.5 mpg probably due to a ~8mph tail wind. On the way back i had instead a ~10 mph crosswind and got only 21.6 mpg.

Both were with me driving between 75-80, and my truck has around 1600 miles on it now.

I'm at 1100km (684mi) and my average is 9.2L/100km (25.6mpg). That's going by the truck's screen, 90% highway usually at about 95km/h (60mph). Lariat Supercrew FX4.

My first 1,500 miles I averaged 21.5 City/Highway/Mountain driving. (Conservative Driver) This is actual fuel mileage based on gals pumped divided by miles driven. My dash fuel economy indicator show 20.9 MPG. 60% Highway - 20% City - 20% Mountain.

I just did a fill, and almost 2k miles on it, and this tank is 80% town driving, and I got 19.8mpg by hand math.

This is my second fill and I’m pretty happy with it. Computer calculated is 8.9L/100km (26.4mpg) and I calculated it to 9.4L/100km (25mpg). Overall for the first 1426km (886mi) the computer says I’ve averaged 9.2L/100 (25.6mpg). I’m probably actually around 9.8L/100km (24mpg). I’d say I drive 80% highway.
