Alright - so Ford charges like $70 for replacement tie downs? For real?

Where can I get some replacements for the proper $7? Ive searched around and cant figure out exactly what will fit.

Well... I don't feel like going out to the barn and checking the actual hole spacing, since it's cold and it's snowing and it's dark and the mountain lions are hungry... but maybe something like this would work?

Mounting holes are 4" c/l to c/l... and it'll never rust

POLISHED ALUMINUM TIE DOWN BRACKET

UPDATE 02-21-21: The Tie Down Bracket shown below won't work. The holes are about 3-3/4" c/l to c/l on the tie downs of our 2019+ Rangers.

Stumbled on these F-150 Bed Tie Downs today, which would work great IF they have the correct spacing for the bolt holes.. which is about 3-3/4" as I recall.

Here are my home made bed tie downs. Less than $6 each. I purchased these parts at Menards. I cut the straps for the d-rings and welded them on. Painted the straps and screwed em in. I did have to file the holes in the straps about a 16th of an inch. Here are photos from the beginning. Very happy with them.

The proper name for this type of tie down is a "footman loop".
If you google up that phrase, dozens of companies come up with all kinds of items.
You just have to do some finger walking to find the right size.

The name footman loop comes from a time when carriages of the wealthy had "footman" riding/standing on the back of horse drawn carriages. They had grab handles for holding on, but there were cast iron "loops" on the standing area for the footman to slide their feet under so they wouldn't bounce around or fall.
