Rangers in SNOW

A few pics from last weeks epic storm here in Utah. Alta is reporting nearly 70" total. Been so busy skiing and working had no time to post. Pics of the ranger are after cleaning nearly 30 inches off of it once already. Another 30 magically appeared a day later! The landscape pic is of our company suburban with nearly the full storm on it. 50+ inches. The storm averaged 26:1 density, so super light 5% fluff. With no wind the skiing has been all time. Literally chest deep. Had a break the last few days, but a nasty windy 12 inches is forecasted for today, with another four feet in the 10 day forecast. Good thing my shovelling is done on the clock!

WOW I am so jealous. Not the 6' of snow dump but the fluffy skiing.

If there is anymore Rangers out there in Southwestern Ontario Canada, Central Ontario etc etc....if you want snow pics....this weekend will be as good as any....ugly ugly weather coming

As you might have seen, Montana is having a little winter weather right now. Figured that was as good as any reason to road trip up to our cabin in Glacier. Took 7 hours instead of the usual 5 thanks to slow drivers, but we had zero issues in a fully loaded Ranger on Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT3s.

Had the driveway plowed yesterday (to get the holding tank pumped), so pictured conditions here are about half the depth we had to deal with on the road in. Highest temp we saw all day was -5F, it was -32 at the cabin.

Continue to be impressed by this truck.

I'll add. about 4" the week before thanksgiving, trying to get a bigger blind on the tower stand. Zero issues at all in snow/mud, other than dropping the torx bit into the snow (since recovered). Left em at full pressure, 4hi.
To those that have posted blue SCABS earlier. Nice taste.

Drove through 11 hours of an 8 hour drive yesterday from Wisconsin to Michigan. Didn’t take any pics cause I didn’t feel like flying off the road but truck did great. I let a few psi out of the tires on my tremor put it in snow terrain management 4 hi and didn’t have any problems other than the wind.

Been out a few times in the south suburbs of Chicago. No pics for safety but the traction control can be completely disabled with a long push. Perfect power slides. However toggling between 2 And 4wd turns it back on ?
