For you folks who installed your kits, did you replace the one time use nuts for the axle, struts, etc, if not where did you source the new nuts....I know the Fox 2.0 kits come with all the new hardware which is a bonus. I have not checked dealer pricing as it’s usually outrageous...

Nope. Reused all the original hardware. Been doing it for years and years and have never had an issue. Ford is the only one I ever remember seeing that wants you to replace all the hardware.

while putting level lift on my 20 Ranger the sway bar link connects with a 20 mm nut on the left side only. The other side has 15 mm nut and the instructions for installing everything back together call for a 15 mm on both sides. My ? Is should I use 20 mm or 15 mm going back together.
I figure in the plant the installer used what he had in hand. Would you share your thoughts please

FactionFab 2.5 inch level kit....265/70/17 nitto ridge grapplers...still have crash bars, no rubbing
Looks great! Did you have 17" wheels to start with? I have 18" but willing to go to 17 18 or 20 for the right look and no rubbing.
What are your rims dimensions? (Width and any offset?)

i had 18's but i like the way 17's look better with a beefier sidewall. wheels are 17x9 et 19.

Why are the fastener torq values different between Ford manual and level kit manufacturers different ie:
Ford manual torq value for sway bar link to knuckle 85 ft lb
Rough country is 32 ft lb
Ford tie rod to knuckle 35 ft lbs
Rough country is 32

Et 19, is that a plus or minus 19?
