Ranger Must Have Accessories

I'm pretty new to this site and honestly I don't quite understand how to use it yet so ignore the small mistakes that are about to follow.

For context, I recently got a 2022 ford ranger with about 48k miles on it and I would love some more mod ideas to make this truck tougher but I don't know exactly what to do. Some ideas i have are a lightbar hidden in the lower open part of the bottom bumper/grill. I think I'm going to use some brackets that allow me not to have to drill holes. I'm trying my best to try to make no holes in this new to me truck. I already have a Cb antenna (Wilson 5000 no magnet) mounted with Cheap amazon mount I bought and I have a CB with it Cobra 29 LTD Classic (1980s). In addition to the CB I have 2 small ditch lights that sit on Diode Dynamics Stage Series Backlit Ditch Light Kit. which all can be seen in my pfp or attached picture. Which i am contemplating upgrading to some Bigger Lights.


1. moral of that passage any new mod ideas (other than cb or Ditch lights)

2. Do I upgrade my current ditch lights which are Nilight LED Light Bar 2PCS 60W 4 Inch Flood Spot Combo. Do i Upgrade them to Nilight Side Shooter LED Light Bar 2PCS 7 Inch Triple Row? On top of all of that could I potentially use the same wiring for the new lights if i do decide to replace them?

I also have a '22 and added many of the deleted things that Ford removed since the '19 came out.

Nothing earth shattering. I guess my top most useful mods are: side steps, BedRug, bed step (most useful), and SwingCases.

Of course, if I had never found this forum I wouldn't need those SwingCases!

Oh, and 10mm sockets and wrenches. I have three (3) 10mm wrenches on board! =D

I have one that i have not installed and will not be installing as the catch can i went with mounts in the same hole the cover screws in to. Still in the box/ has been opened to inspect. Send me a PM if interested. Im tired of it sitting on a shelf in my garage. lol

A little late to the party. But here is a full list of what i have done to mine along with links on to where i purchased from. I originally did the UPR bov adapter to vent to atmosphere with stock BOV but since swapped to the Turbosmart. I did swap to the Sealight LED headlight, fog, turn signals from Halogen and needed resistors for the turn signals. Also added the AVS window rain guards.

On the lighting i did originally go with a cheaper option on the side markers from amazon and those lasted about a year before corroding and i had to get new socket connectors from Ford.

I installed the LUMEN touchlink bed kit in my 2020-Worked fine until this week. I touch the light- stays on for about 5 seconds then turns off. Any have idea as to why?

Best accessory I can think of is to have David/@subquark on call with Soupie to make dump runs for you. That way you wouldn't have to worry about dirting up your Ranger. Besides, he loves to make dump runs to new and different dumps !!!
