The numbers make me wonder a bit. I suspect the profit margin for Lincoln vehicles, is the only reason Ford is still making them. They are, after all, just upscale versions of the Ford line, with no real differential save for a bit of fluff, and a higher MSRP!

This is a dated article/thread, and it is just for January 2022. Single monthly sales mean little. Those monthly sales numbers fluctuate widely, depending primarily on availability of vehicles and consumer confidence. If you look at the YTD sales numbers for 2021, the Ranger, Gladiator and the GM twins all ended up selling roughly the same number of trucks, just under 100k each. Tacoma was the top seller, and the other 3 were all close to 2nd place. Selling 100,000 trucks a year is well worth producing it.
