One of the issues I noticed with the truck is a couple "dents" in a weird place on the truck. I looked at a couple Crew Cabs at the lot and they didn't have this issue so I am wondering if it's common on this cab configuration?
It's located on both sides in the same place so I assume its from during production at some point, maybe stamping of the piece. Right where the outside lower window molding meets with the B pillar there is a dent, hard to capture in pics, but you can definitely see it in certain angles and feel it rubbing my finger over it. Dealer said they'd look at it and take care of it along with the couple paint chips so no issue there. Just curious if this is common?

Yup, mine has that weird bend there on both sides. Our doors are 5” longer than the crew cabs. So the metal bends differently during manufacturing. It really bothered me at first. 2 years down the road I don’t even notice it anymore unless someone like you mentions it again…. Lmao ?

I've noticed a few places on my truck where the sheet metal has dented, or warped, especially at corners where the sheet metal makes weird bends. It bugged me a little, but I never worried about it much.

Ok thanks, good to know I'm not the only one lol. I'm not to worried about it either, if the dealer can get it PDR'd great, if not that's fine.

My 2021 has them, maybe not as pronounced, but their there. Never really noticed them as it's an area where 3 different bends/curves come together via the door sheet metal being stamped.
Doesn't bother me tho.

I would think that trying to "fix" them would lead to a more unsightly area...try to pop them out might look much worse. Doesn't look like anything that can be "PRD'd"

Those ain’t Right it needs to be shown to the dealer at purchase, I’d show it to him anyway !
I have them also, but your pictures make them look larger than what they look like on mine.
While I agree they look bad I think I'd leave them. Like Steve @Grumpaw said it will most likely look worse trying to fix them and that's coming from someone like myself that's super OCD.

I agree! That looks terrible.
Drill a hole in the center. Put a screw in the hole. Take the claws of a hammer and pull what you can out. Then put Bondo over it. Then just use a spray can of the color that is close enough.
