Stock tremor with tonneau cover. West coast Fl to east coast. Got caught in traffic so my speed was really low and I didn’t hit 75-80mph very often. I can’t believe how good this little truck does sometimes. No family in the truck this time, it was a solo trip. No ice chest or anything in the back just me and the open road ?

26.8 mpg on the lie-o-meter

89 octane

Great news! Glad your Ranger performed as it should. These Rangers are so much fun. :)

I'm not sure what happened to my mileage today.
I filled up the tank Thursday, did a 45 minute city drive Friday and then drove to my moms today.
About 20 minutes into the drive i noticed I was below 3/4 of a tank.
Siphoned off by someone?

This is the problem with manually checking. If you get a pump that kicks off early, or calibrated different, it might not be a full tank. It’s possible you didn’t start with a full tank? That’s why I usually roll with the lie-o-meter on the dash. It’s usually pretty close to hand calculated anyways.

I thought our tanks were siphon proof.
I thought they were too but apparently they are "siphon resistant" - you can still siphon from them, it is just a lot harder. I'd rather someone siphon from my tank rather than just punching a hole in it (which is what some people have had done). Thieves want the easy route.

The old school gas credit card was easier on your vehicle...

That is a great result for sure.

I keep calibrating and calibrating my fuel computer. I still always come out right at like 20.2 MPG, plus or minus a tenth or so on the Fuelly app.

I don't think that computer is going to help my mileage at all... ;)
