So far, my best times are 6.7s 0-60 and 14.9s 1/4 mile @ 93mph

This is with Mishimoto CAI, SPD Performance downpipe, MBRP Dual Split Rear Exit Exhaust, with the front pipe replaced with a 3" stainless straight pipe for a true 3" exhaust. Running 91 Octane pump gas. See my build for details.

I have not received my tuning files from 5startuning yet, so I am excited to see the difference.

All my runs were in 4wd, traction control off, with a brake preload of 2000-2500 rpms, everything measured using the Drag Racer Android app set to high accuracy with gps correction turned off.

I have only run 3 trials thus far. Each time, it seems to take a moment for the truck to register I really want to get up and go. I'm hoping the tune will take care of that. I think it would take a second or so off of both times if it went full bore right away.

Factory tuning will not allow you to build boost when power braking. A tune should fix that.

In your graph, it looks like the wind resistance really starts slowing you down around 60 mph.

Probably. I'm going to do some more test runs to see what happens.

I am roughly around 5.8-6.2 measured terribly with my timer on my phone. The tune will help you a lot imo. I have the ford performance tune, roush intake, ford performance dual exhaust, running 91. I feel like it got faster after the tune got settled in? Maybe placebo but after 3-5k miles on the new tune it felt a lot better.

My 0-60 is about 3.5 - must be the heavy canopy and bigger tires.

about 3.5? That's insane with no performance mods if I followed your forum correctly? I wonder if the bigger tires help a lot that much :O I did notice a speed increase after the shell was installed without all the extra drag.

Phil, you need to feed Tito higher octane fuel.
