It must be and I didn't notice the name until now. It looked like the one I bought and I never looked at the name?‍♂....Good catch! On the Audew website there's a link to purchase on Amazon which brings you to the one I linked from Andeman. lol
I try to buy American made as much as possible, not easy I know....Just saw that Audew's headquarters are in China.

Noco are manufactured in Hong Kong with Chinese parts so no different from the others. Anything with lithium cells is basically made offshore. American made is a thing of the past on most mass produced products with lithium batteries. Now that a huge lithium deposit has been discovered under Arkansas we might see USA made batteries in the future if environmentalists don't get involved.

Trust me I do too and I hate buying from Amazon but that's another topic! But sometimes you just can't help it and have to bite the bullet. What I hate is now these companies are getting sneaking with their wording. They'll put something like Made in the USA but when you read the fine print it says from parts sourced China. They're only assembled here which I guess it sort of a plus.

Yes....They are very smart in learning to adapt and will continue to. It's not that hard to mask the origins. I swear everything on Amazon is now from China. Might as well just buy from Alibaba. But most American's have accepted this and could care less as long as they can get it quickly and seems affordable. The transference of wealth we've allowed to other countries is staggering.

Salton Sea just down the road if you follow Lithium extraction.

Assembled or made offshore is one thing, but contributing to the GDP of another country is different. Noco is American, just like Apple, etc, even though, to your point, everything is technically made elsewhere. That said, I will go the extra mile to find a true American company responsible for the product. This at least keeps some jobs onshore.

I'm sure you can find negative videos/reviews for just about any product out there. Kind of like EV's. There are many on the road that run fine and have no problems but you mostly hear about the ones catching fire and burning down someones house. Those make for better headlines and get more clicks.

From what I read Arkansas may have 10 times as much lithium as the California find. Drill baby Drill.
Hopefully our taxes will go down.:crackup::crackup:

Yep, until Arkansas, the Salton Sea was all the talk...Until the next find I suppose. They will be competing.

Yep, you look enough, you'll find both good and bad on any product I suppose.

This thread update made me check the charge on mine and it was only 78% so now it is on the way to 100%.

No lithium in Idaho that I know of but hoping they will allow mining at Stibnite for the antimony which we need in the US.
