It might help if you describe which lights/functions don't not work now that you think you have a blown fuse.

The lights are not hooked up yet the harness that they are going to get plugged into has no power any more it,s the harness with the dummy plug for Ford bed lights or outlet. had power then lost it after attempting hook up of 12 volt outlet and bed lights. I know it times out after a while its not that it is dead now need to find out what fuse circuit powers that plug.

The wiring harness to the lights should have its own fuse. That could have blown.

Did you try plugging something else to see if it has power?

Checked the hot wire with tester. Nothing
Yeah everything was working but the pins was making poor connection in the connection so I cut off the plug to make a direct wire to wire splice. When I did I accidentally clipped both wires. then no power figured blown fuse switched one of the other fuses nothing. have to try and find out what happen and make sure key was on and all. Thanks for your input.

it,s the harness with the dummy plug for Ford bed lights or outlet.
mmm? Any chance that is the plug meant for powering the high mount brake light when you install a topper and only has power when the brake is applied? Just guessin'.
