Read this in the towing section of the 2019 manual:
Things are even more startling if one uses 10% of GCVWR instead of using 10% of tow weight.
And of course you wouldn't want to exceed max allowable speed:
"Reduce the stipulated maximum permitted gross
combination mass by 10% for every additional 1,000 ft
(300 m) in high altitude regions above 1,000 ft
(300 m)."
Spread sheet shows I can't (shouldn't ?) tow a trailer over the Eisenhower Tunnel?"Do not exceed 62 mph (100 km/h) even if a country
allows higher speeds under certain conditions."
