Yeah, it turned out real well lol.

I’m down, I live down in the Spanaway/Tacoma area.. I think I’ve seen one or two other rangers in the area so far.

Looks like you're lacking in snow too. Great shots.

Yep, this was from about a month and a half ago though so still early into the winter season from what I’ve heard about here. I’m not too sure though.

Thanks! It was out near Greenwater. NF-70 if I remember correctly.
Nice! NF-70 (Stampede Pass) was our first outing after the Icon upgrade and new shoes were installed.

Post your off-road pics.

There are some fun spots to play out there!

Looks like a lot of fun! Maybe I’ll see you around. Me and a buddy of mine might be hitting up some of the forest roads this weekend just for fun. Just haven’t figured out where. Any suggestions?

Those photos are great! I've got to get out to Greenwater more often with my camera.

I like that area! It’s definitely nice. And close to me. Good day trips.

Same here - I'm in Bonney Lake. I just don't get out there that often. The last time was to go target shooting on Labor Day weekend - that was a very DUMB idea. Didn't even dawn on us that everybody and their brother would be out that day. They also had most of the areas closed off to shooting.

Ah yeah, I could see that happening. My first time up there by that large rock quarry shooting range surprised me. Wasn’t expecting it.

That was where we were hoping to go...there was literally no place to park there were so many trucks there already. Probably 6-8 trucks and a dozen or so people shooting.

Yeah, hopefully so! I love seeing the few other 5g Rangers that are out there.

I have no idea what conditions are or will be out there this weekend, but there’s a butt-puckering trail that begins at the intersection of NF-7030 and NF-7036 and runs NE above Twin Camp Creek a ways.

Here’s a pin to it.

My buddy’s Wrangler handled it fine, and so did the Ranger, but it gets dicey in some of the turns.

It’s a single-wide trail with no real turnouts or passing areas until you get to the turnaround. So, if you go I’d recommend leaving a marker to let others know you’re down trail and to await your return before embarking down the same.

To the North, or just left of that trail entrance, there’s a short little climb and descent that’s kind of fun to test your truck a tad.

DM me if you guys head out that way. This weekend will be kind of busy, but I live in Maple Valley, so it’s a quick jaunt for me.
