The only thing I was looking for when looking for a lot is no neighbors behind me For maximum privacy. I see you have the same back. We were lucky to find this lot within 4 miles of the beach and not have to buy out in the sticks. The normal development in the front when you go out in the backyard looks like we have the only house. Unfortunately, the neighborhood covenants don't allow me to set up targets on the other side of the water and shoot them from the dock.

Yes ! I see your canal and I’m a Red fishin’ fool ! As for shooting I have a 200 yard range. Hunting permitted here.

Too close to the town of myrtle beach here. And I don't fish. There's some pretty big fish in that water though. I wish I could set up targets on my own property across the water but hoa won't allow shooting. But they will allow bottle rockets from your yard on 4th of July.. Go figure

Get a suppressor for your .22 and they'll never know. lol Seriously I have a pellet gun for shooting those nasty pigeons off my roof and that's louder than my .22 with a can on it.

A couple feet beyond our front deck is a small creek running across the property. The ducks enjoy hanging out here.

Hey , you guys sure have some nice flicks from you porches. I like birds , every once in a while owls like to hangout and have babies , doves, robins and of course the pesky magpies and sparrows, but I like them,they keep me company out here chattering away in the country.
