that camper is a beast. id say the camper has a ranger and not the ranger has a camper. i wonder if the rangers overseas are rated for slide in campers? i know in the usa ranger manual it says slid in campers are not recommended . :crying:

Any idea who makes the camper and or if it's sold in the US? I would need to remove my bed cover as needed to install that thing.
These types of slide-ins exist here.

The Scout comes to mind first, but I know there are others.

I don't particularly care for these designs because as long as the slide in is in place, you have locked your truck into specific things it can and cannot do at that point. Where it can and cannot go. How it can and cannot maneuver.

I like slide in campers for travel in Alaska and Northern Canada, but everywhere else I prefer a travel trailer. We had a Bigfoot 9.6 on our C2500. It was great, but the 1800lbs of payload in my Ranger is not enough for much of a slide in camper. There are a few lightweights that might work, but I’ve not seen anything personally that I would want.
