Recently traded-in my 2018 Dodge Durango SRT... Loved the Durango but I bought it to feed my old speed junky fix (coming from a 900awhp Evo it didn't really cut it) and anticipated moving away from my area. Low and behold I'm still in WV and haver missed out on my hobbies (fishing, hunting, 4wheeling) so decided to get another mid-size. I had a 2018 Colorado ZR2 diesel and got rid of it after 27k miles when it began having regen issues.

I had already planned to get a ZR2 again but lack of tech features I had become accustomed to owning the Durango left me with an uneasy decision, a day before I was traveling out of state to get another ZR2 diesel I decided to stop and look at the Ranger and take it for a drive after reading it had most of tech features I came to love in the Durango.

Long story short I bought a new 2020 Lariat, I've owned it two weeks and the modding has began! Waiting for the shocks to get here, tires and wheels will be ordered this week. I haven't fully committed to the a 285/70R17 tire, but its between a BFG TA KO2, Goodyear Duratrac (had these on 3 different vehicles), or a Yokohama Geolander G003 MT. I have picked out a wheel, once I decide on a tire, that'll be getting ordered. Once it warms up I'll be installing the coil-overs, shocks, and UCA as well as addressing the B&O stereo shortcomings and sound deadening the truck. When I start installing some of the mods I'll likely start a build thread.

Mods installed:
Ford Performance Tune
Replace the few incandescent bulbs Ford left in the Lariat
Tinted

Mods in the mail:
Fox 2.5 DSC coil-overs w/ matching rear 2.5 DSC shocks custom valved by Accutune

Mods planned for summer:
Deaver Leafpacks
RetraxPro
Borla S-type
SPD downpipe
Intercooler
Turbosmart BOV

THE DAVE(@AzScorpion ) owes you the club shirt...DAVE!!!!!
The fact they didn't include a tailgate damper or torsion spring in the gate itself is mindboggling...

Love it! Good list of mods minus the tire options. I would lean towards the Falken Wildpeak AT3W/yolk X-AT for an AT (I’m partial to the Cooper AT3 XLT’s but I’m sure you want slightly more aggressive) And the Cooper STT pro/BFG KM3 is a fantastic mud terrain option. I sell a ton of them! KO2’s and Duratracs get so many ride/balance complaints I almost refuse to sell them. Way better options out there.

I considered the Wildpeak AT3W still up in the air on that one, Duratracs I've had 3 sets 31-10.50R15, 315/75R16, 265/65R18. Over 100k miles on them driven collectively and never had a single issue.

That’s sick I have the rears on order . How long did you wait for those ? I may wait 2 months or longer
Ordered the only set they had in stock, they’re on a substantial back order nationwide. Accutune had them custom valved and to me all the way from Cali in a week. They’re top notch.

I can tell you thus far, 60ish miles on them on terrible cracked and pothole filled roads as well as twisty switch backs... they're 100x better than stock. The bouncy rear FX4 is gone as is the water bed uncontrolled suspension movement. They eat up road imperfections but don't have any of the body roll or braking dive the truck had stock. These are not stock ones however so ymmv, I currently have played with the DSC adjusters after watching tons of videos before ordering and while waiting for them to arrive.
