Howdy folks! I'm about to order a 2021 Ranger Lariat with the Tremor package. I'm coming from a 2017 Focus RS so I have some familiarity with the 2.3L already. I have a Mountune breather plate installed on the RS. I was wondering if that breather plate would work with the Ranger's 2.3L engine? I know it is compatible with any other iteration of the 2.0L and 2.3L EcoBoost motors.
I intend to have a catch can installed from day one on my new Ranger, but I can find no mention of upgraded breather plates being used on these trucks. It is a common upgrade for other 2.0L/2.3L vehicles. Seeing no mention of them for the Ranger makes me think it might be unnecessary or just not compatible for whatever reason. Would anyone have any insight on this?
