Nice "other" ride!

I do have an affinity for Lincolns. My grandfather bought a new Town Car every 2-3 years from the late 60s until his death in 2001. When he died, he still had all of them from 74 to the then present day. It was sad to see them all go.

In 1992 I learned to drive in a green 1978 Town Car with a 460 in it. It took a couple of minutes to get it moving from a stop and once it was going, it was like a battleship! It was longer, wider, and heavier than our Rangers and only got 210hp out of that massive engine but you could fit about 28 people in it and it rode like a dream.
