Locking rack attachments for RCI bed racks

Other than RCI, are there any good places to look for locking mounts for attachements such as long jacks, shovels, etc for bed racks?

Yakima has a TopGrip that is designed for shovel handles to go in it. It locks. Though I question how much that really matters - you can still (with effort at least) slide it out the top. Though I guess it does make it harder than just popping the clamp open and walking away with it.
