Light bar on with low beams?

Tried to search but couldn't find anything.

Had anyone been able to wire up a light bar to come on when the low beams come on? I was wanting to install a light bar in the open section of the bumper and utilize it as extra driving light.

Not only is it illegal in most places. It's pretty much a dick move.
