A - 4 eggs on the end and the empty end facing the back frig wall (colder part of the frig!) Only because I had some freeze once.

But the OCD in me wants them in the middle - B! I never had to deal with odd numbers cause I eat them in even numbers! Bride makes things difficult when she bakes!

So I pick eggs out of the carton in as random a pattern as I can to mess with her.

Y'all are killing me! But nothing drives me crazy more than something rattling, squeaking rolling around in the vehicle I am driving. My wife is oblivious to this sometimes. I'm like what's that noise? What noise? That rattle, what is it? Don't worry about, just drive. It's coming from your door. No it's not. Yes it is! She reaches down and says oh, maybe its my glasses case. Freakin' duh!

I agree with you.
However since I wasn’t present to observe the order in which the eggs were picked.. they all go to the center?
Did they start from the bottom left or top left or bottom right or top right… or was it a complete psychopath and grabbed one from the middle somewhere idk.. just put them all in the middle nice and neat.. ok now I’ve settled and can feel a sliver of comfort knowing the eggs are safe and organized ?…
Who here will not leave an odd number of eggs in the crate/box..? I’ll eat a extra egg just to avoid this

I always fix eggs in an even number.
