Good news! I finally got someone to answer the phone, at Air Design this morning. He kept apologizing that nobody had gotten in touch with me over the last almost 2 weeks...

He said everything is in stock and will be shipped out this week or no later than next week and I should have everything delivered before Thanksgiving!

That's great news! I can get these parts paint matched and possibly order my wheels and tires soon too. Then, I'll order the Belltech 3"/6" drop.

Last week, I put on my Raised Matte Black Tailgate Letters and they actually don't look too bad. My goal here was to just look different, rather than my letters to stand out, since I'm going for the full murdered out look :) I also installed a shackle mount in my hitch, to match my new hooks up front. This is mostly to keep morons from sitting on my @$$...
IMG_20211114_155745455.jpg

Last night, my AFE Power Muffler Delete showed up. Really unhappy with these welds and the fact that they didn't spray anything over them afterwards. I don't see why this setup is over $400...
IMG_20211114_075517232.jpg

This morning, I decided to spray these welds with some black paint.
IMG_20211114_122631896.jpg

Anyway, I got the new "exhaust" installed and at least I like the look and sound of it and it weighs a lot less!

IMG_20211114_160137595.jpg

I drove it about 10 miles earlier and it sounds much better than I expected, especially when you punch it! There's not too much drone, once it's in 10th gear. I'm ready to get the rest of my parts to make this truck unique!

I decided install the OEM front tow hooks, that I bought on here.
IMG_20211114_135955106.jpg

Then, I had to modify my lower valance, so the hooks would protrude outwards. I wasn't planning on hacking this big of a hole, but I didn't have a Dremel.... All I had was a 4" cutoff disc... :/
IMG_20211114_140020607.jpg

Here's a test fit of the new modded valance over the tow hook. Not too thrilled with this look, so I'm probably going to buy a 2019-2020 tow hook lower valance soon.
IMG_20211114_140037218.jpg

Reinstalled the lower valance and finally installed the Putco lower grille insert.
IMG_20211114_145428033.jpg

Hopefully, this week, my Air Design parts will ship, so I can get them paint matched after Thanksgiving. I hope I have some warm days to install my Air Design parts, before the Spring? I'm also hoping I can get my Belltech suspension stuff pre-ordered this week. Thinking about ordering my wheels & tires soon. After that, I'm going to look into ordering a CAI, BOV, AFE Charge Pipes, and some kind of tune.

So, tiny update...

I preordered the complete Belltech 3"/6" lowering kit, with their new adjustable control arms and their adjustable front coilovers.

Talked to Air Design again today and all of my parts are supposed to ship out tomorrow?

Looking at my hacked up valance and not liking it, I decided to order the correct 2019 valance, from Benny, @ Levittown Ford

Today, I finally found my Method Racing 605 wheels in stock, (20x10 -24mm offset) and they even had the Nitto 420V tires (265/50) that I wanted. Black lug nuts, new TPMS sensors, mounted & balanced, shipped for $2538! That's the most I've ever paid for wheels and tires in my almost 50 years of living, LOL!

They should be here within 2 weeks?

Then, hopefully, in January or February, the rest of my ordered parts will be here? Then, not many things left that I want to do it, CAI, BOV, Charge Pipes, LED Headlights, Tune. Then, hopefully, I'll be taking it to some car shows and meets and hopefully on the Tail of the Dragon next year!

Looking closer at one of the pics of the SCT SEMA Ranger, that one of the building engineers sent me, the rear actually looks slightly higher than the front? So, if I drop the front 3", I might drop the rear 5", to give a little raked look? Here's the pic:

Slight update before bed tonight. This afternoon, I got my new 2019 Tow Hook Valance and the little "pockets" that go around the Tow Hooks.
IMG_20211122_151638228.jpg

And I also got my Lariat Primed Tailgate Handle.
IMG_20211122_151757366.jpg

Tomorrow, after work, all of my Air Design parts should arrive? Next week, I'll hopefully be getting everything sprayed Shadow Black for free ? My dad sales automotive paint booths and is going to ask this big time paint guy to spray them for me... I'll take some pics of the Air Design parts tomorrow, assuming they arrive?

Was hoping to install the cab spoiler and the tailgate panels this week, but it's not going to get out of the 50's, so I don't want to chance it not attaching properly...

New wheels/tires should arrive next week?

Belltech stuff is still backordered until February, which is honestly ridiculous....

For the last few days, I've been looking at Adam's Polishing Products and have a trunk with a price tag of almost $500, LOL! Haven't pulled the trigger yet, but I'm debating on it... ?

Today, a SAIA 18 wheeler stopped in front of my house, with a huge box (it was so huge, it wouldn't fit in the bed of the Ranger), length or width... Anyway, it was my complete Body Kit from Air Design. Their customer service sucks, (it took them 3 weeks to ship "in stock" parts), as does their packaging, luckily nothing was broken though, but other than the parts being individually wrapped in plastic, there was absolutely no extra package foam, peanuts or Styrofoam in this monstrous box....?

Anyway, here are the parts!

Hood scoop! (I wanted this so bad, I had to see what it looked like on the truck, LOL!)

I didn't want to open this package, but these are the 4 Rocker Panels for the doors.

Tailgate Spoiler and Tailgate Applique
IMG_20211123_163654208.jpg

I need to find some Shadow Black in an aerosol can, so I can spray the Super-bolts black? Th Air Design tailgate parts will not be paint matched, they will stay Satin Black. I need to find a blacked out tailgate emblem though, since the one I have isn't totally blacked out...

Anyway, the rest of the Air Design parts, the door handle covers, the Lariat tailgate handle, the mirror caps and the 2019 valance will hopefully be paint matched within a couple of weeks!

Tiny update. I dropped most of my Air Design parts off yesterday to get paint matched. I should have them back within 2-3 weeks? No rush, since it's not going to be warm enough to install them until we have a nice 70* degree weekend before the Spring time... Besides, I don't want to install the flares before it's dropped anyway...

Wheels & tires are supposed to show up this Monday, so I'm kind of excited about that, although, they're not going on until the drop either, as they'll look super weird without the flares installed....

I guess this purchase I made Wednesday night will be my Xmas gift to myself, as I spent $406.58 with Adam Polishes! This is what all I bought:

32oz Towel & Pad Revitalizer
16oz Detail Spray
16oz Graphene CS3
Graphene Ceramic Coating Kit
Microfiber Bundle
Fine Grade Clay Bar 200 Gram Kit
4 Gray Suede Applicators
Blue Hex Grip Applicator
12oz Hand Polish
16oz Tire & Rubber Cleaner
Graphene Tire Dressing Combo
16oz Total Interior Cleaner
16oz Iron Remover
Premium Foam Cannon
Microfiber Wash Mitt
Gallon of Graphene Shampoo

Also, Microfiber Wash Cleaning Detergent from Chemical Guys, as Adam's was sold out of every size for $30.90.

I also asked my stepfather to pick me up Adam's Daily Driver Detailing Kit.

Hopefully, after Xmas, I'm going to buy an electric pressure washer, dedicated strictly to washing the Ranger and upgrade it with a few better pieces, kudos to @Trash Panda

I have to figure out what I'm going to do with the Air Design Super Bolts, since they're shiny and they don't offer them in black... :( I bought some Matte Black spray paint today, along with some Matte Clear Coat spray paint. I guess I'll have to spray some and see how they look? The guy painting the parts for me, said they were too small for him to paint ? I've found some black Bushwacker bolts, but unsure if the pitch and length are the same?

Having some issues with Belltech on getting a refund, so that's pissing me off right now, but whenever that gets straightened out, I'm going back with my original plans using Control Freaks front drop and Belltechs rear flip kit.

Just discovered that these exist, so I'm going to order a couple of them.
41QY06tGnmL._AC_SL1200_.jpg

One for the tailgate and maybe 2 on the hood scoop?

I've also been trying to find a completely blacked out Tailgate Ford emblem overlay, since everything needs to be black on my truck! I'd even like it, if I could get the tail lights and cab lights tinted?

I'm also debating on ordering the remaining list of parts I wanted, as I have a feeling they're all going to be on backorder... :(

I believe that's it for now?

Hey Jason,

Things seem to be coming together nicely. It might be a long winter while you’re waiting to get more done but I t’s going to be so worth it.

I was considering raised matte black tailgate letters myself but wasn’t convinced it would have the look I wanted. Now that I see yours, it just might be a “gotta have it” install.

Can’t wait to see that Air Design kit painted and installed.

Duke,

Yep, it's just such a slow process with everything delayed or backordered... It's like a year ago, when I was doing the Honda engine swap into the Miata, it took 4-6 months to get everything I ordered in November... I couldn't get the engine finished, because it took 3 months to get the oil pump from Japan, "If we have to, overnight parts from Japan".... Nobody in the states or anywhere else had these Acura oil pumps in stock, just Japan...
IMG_20201129_104706534_HDR.jpg

It looked like this, (just cleaner and not sitting outside), for 3-4 months, until I got the pump:
IMG_20210225_163220615.jpg

Then, once I got the oil pump, I got to put everything back together.
IMG_20210225_165517031.jpg

IMG_20210225_165620451.jpg

So, at least I'm not trying to do an engine swap on the Ranger, at least not yet ?

I think I'm about to order some performance stuff, mostly things that will need to be installed with the grille and bumper off, so I think I'm just going to order it all now and hopefully come Spring time, I can get everything I've ordered/painted, installed and start going to car shows again :D

So, another tiny update. I bought some more stuff from Adam's Polishes yesterday during Cyber Monday, LOL!

Also yesterday, I test fitted my Air Design Tailgate Spoiler.
IMG_20211129_163144599.jpg

IMG_20211129_163136663.jpg

The Spoiler and Applique are remaining Satin Black, to match the rearend. This weekend is supposed to be in the 70's, so I'm hoping I can get a few pieces installed?

I finally got everything with Belltech taken care of and finally got refunded for their, yet delayed again, front control arm kit. So, I'll just be ordering their: Rear 4"-6" Flip Kit w/Shocks and it should be here by mid-January?

This morning, I ordered a bunch of my parts off my list:

AlphaRexx LUXX LED Black Headlights
aFe Black Intercooler Tubing Kit
TurboSmart BOV
aFe Magnum Force Cold Air Intake System Scoop
Intrusion Beams (unsure if I need these, but I bought them to be on the safe side)
Mishimoto Black Intercooler
BIG MOUTH Ram Air Intake Snorkel
Roush Performance Ranger Cold Air Intake Kit
Control Freak Suspensions front coil over setup

Only a few things left that I want/need like a Tuner, maybe an Oil Catch Can and an AFE Diff Cover.

So, I'm hoping to have everything installed by February? That would be awesome! I'll definitely keep yall posted on all my progress!

OH!!! My wheels and tires showed up today and they're even more beautiful in person!

I am going to paint the center caps, since they're metal/aluminum! I assumed they were plastic? I got an amazing deal from Extreme Customs.
