Is this a bed attachment change?

Thought I remembered seeing pics of bed attachment bolts on one (or many?) bed liner threads. Scheduled for Linex on Friday and really doesn't matter to me if they remove the bed bolts before spraying but then I saw...

Looks like the a top panel was spot welded to an under structure. Have not looked under carriage to see if it's bolted from there, just thought it was interesting.

Well I’ll be damn. I could have sworn my bed was bolted down. Just went and took a look and mine is mounted from the bottom.

Wonder how hard these will be to get off 10 years from now
