Is anyone aware of a front-mount tow hitch for the Ranger yet?

What I'd like to do is be able to mount a winch on a temporary basis on the front of the truck. Yes, I could mount on on the regular tow hitch on the rear but that's not what I want to do.

I've seen winch bumpers that have a 2" square receiver built in, and I believe I've seen a front receiver on this site. (which I cannot find).

Built one for front of my ranger to put small plow on. Mounted to where two hooks were. Used a front to bar kit then welded up rest, works great.

Been looking for the same.

I like the above setup off the tow hooks, however I'd like something a little more recessed.

What I'd really like to do is relocate the ACC module and do something similar to the 589 Fab hidden winch mount with just a 2" reciever right where the ACC module sits.

There are a few custom hitch shops around. Might cruise by one someday to ask around.

Bought two mounts which were not cheap. Could have made them but pressed for time.

Plus I can un bolt set up and never new it was there

Bought two mounts and used there setup just welded up 2x2 .25 steel. With all mounts. Could have copied and made there product but not like that.

Guys just welded up what I needed to do to put a mini on truck. Just wanted to put it out as can put hitch on. Can't go closer as hits skid plate.

I'd do A LOT of measuring before gambling on a universal set up working out for us.

I think custom from a hitch shop, or homemade like @Rick a if you have the skills, is probably the best way to go.

Might be a good place to start a custom job though.

I am going to call them tomorrow, they have a drop down menu that states they have a setup for ranger FX4 w/tow hooks. I hope it is a bolt on with minor modification required.

I think it a generic picture.
