IOS 14 and the Ford Ranger

I just downloaded IOS14 and now the music from my iPhone is all screwed up.

I chose a song and a different song plays.

My Apple Music Radio does not show any stations to choose..

Anyone else experiencing problems? Any known fixes?

Fixed it.

I turned off the Bluetooth and then did a hard reboot. It fixed it.

Maybe this post will help someone else out.

My biggest question is will Waze work with Sync and IOS 14?

As many things as I dislike about my iPhone compared to my previous Samsung, the loss of Waze is my biggest gripe.

Dennis did you lose waze from being hard wired with car play or bluetooth connection
This is why I don't up grade to the next and greatest till bugs are removed.

Mine worked fine...used it last weekend.

Fixed it.

Hard reboot of the phone. It was not a Ranger problem and an easy phone fix problem, once I found out what to do on line.

Mine is hardwired with Carplay. I haven't updated to 14 yet. Just curious if 14 fixed some of the Waze issues.

Mine would launch but never update where you actually were.

I've uninstalled and re-installed Waze today but haven't tried it in the truck yet.

Edit: Waze seems to be working now after the re-installation.

Took a day or so after ios 14 update to get Waze to work correctly. Now its fine.

I'm part of the iOS beta program. I've been running iOS 14 for months. Haven't had any issue with it and SYNC 3. I don't use Waze anymore so I can't comment there.

Been running iOS 14 since the day of the Public release with no issues here. Still on Sync 3.3 on my 19 Lariat. ?‍
