I used a methanol kit for extra fueling on my Fusion with no issues

I don’t want to do that, I want everything on one controller with no outside fueling.

I can understand that I am very curious how this turns out and will be watching this thread

The all have 4 lobe cams, the HPFPs have different part numbers but I don’t know what they flow. I know I’m running over 3000psi and not losing pressure yet but my injectors are done. I’m sure I’ll need a pump once I get injectors but I’m doing one thing at a time to be thorough.
Is the Fuel Rail Pressure the same as the psi reading you are seeing on your injectors. For kicks, I was watching my FRP on my iDash and at idle during startup it was hovering around 3600psi.

Not sure I understand what you’re asking between rail pressure and injector pressure, they use the same sensor. My pressure is currently fine, the injectors just don’t flow anymore. I’m going to get a set of + 50% Ranger injectors from XDI as soon I possible so we can finish tuning. If it ends up needing a pump I’ll do that next.

I'm not too sure of the exact strength of the 2.3, but if you are putting that much too the wheels I can promise you that you are doing just fine and should probably stop adding power for reliability reasons. From stock that is already a HUGE Gain in Performance
I have read a few times on some tunning pages that the 2.3l EB turbo can run around 420HP reliably. So he is getting close. I also hunt for the 400 HP mark. I am over building much of the other components so It is has the best chance of staying reliable.

My truck is riding in the neighborhood of 370rwhp right now, I plan on seeing 400 but I’m not trying to pop this engine so we’re not gonna force anything for a number.

You either get there with solid fundamentals or your run that risk.
