infotainment sync3 audio not working.

My audio in my truck is currently on its last legs and not sure if I should go to the dealer yet because this seems expensive. But hopefully it will be covered under warranty? I am worried it could be something serious.

These problems are very intermittent and never consistent. Some times it works and sometimes it doesn't, but it has gotten worse and is more often not working.

Bluetooth cuts in and out, i've tried multiple phones.

FM will automatically switch to AM and then automatically switch to some station with no reception.

sometimes audio is not even available at all to turn on see image. the audio tab is greyed out and the hardware button does nothing.

i thought there might be something on the screen and cleaned it very well with no luck. problems continue.

I'm sure that it is covered under your warranty assuming it is still stock. Before taking it in to the dealer, I would do a major reset to see if you problems continue.

ok I will try to figure out how to do that and give it a shot. I also tried updating sync3 but the wheel just spins and spins when I click "check for updates"
