So .. has anyone added up the HP gains with the mods available for the Ranger? A spreadsheet done?

Like...
1. Turbo Downpipes
2. Intercooler.
3. Exhaust Header.
4. Cat Back Exhaust.
5. Cold Air Intake
6. Performance Tune.

To name a few...

What am I leaving out?
Is it 80 HP the total gain all in?
Will these add-ons get me from 270HP to 350 HP... Blast by stock Rams, and Mustangs without having Peta involved?

You left off an 'upgraded' turbo. It's the power maker.

Cha-ching.

Wasn’t there an exploded engine thread on here with most of those things installed?

You can port and polish the integrated exhaust manifold in the head but not much, this is not a lot of material to play with.

Also you cant make a spreadsheet for this. All items would interact differently with each other and it depends on what order you install them in. This would require 100+ dyno runs.

Don't forget aftermarket turbo, fuel pump and injectors. That'll get you into the 450hp range :D.
Which would be fun for a while until the bottom end go's kaboom.
Yeah ... Was thinking that... So what is all mods available without upgrading Turbo unit ...and what is maximum allowable HP to have as a daily driver performance vehicle that could go 100k miles?

A tune, muffler, down pipe, intercooler and charge pipes would be safe. That should get you at least 350hp which is what the Focus RS 2.3 makes stock. Once you go over that the reliability can get a bit sketchy. The stock internals weren't designed to handle any more.
