Others are correct. It is a 6 months trial and the wifi trial is up to 3 Gigs of data. If you want to keep SiriusXM....there are tons of discounts out there for a year or 6 month subscription. Those guys are always willing to drop costs. I've never paid full price, typically 50%. I was able to add the Ranger to our existing plan (that's on our Acura MDX) with the same channels as the trial for less than $100.

However, the Sirius/XM people will drive you to madness. Constant upsales, no idea what is on your account, no help in general. We still get calls on offers for a car we got rid of many, many years ago.

6 months for Sirius XM and 5 years for Traffic Link and Travel Link. However, if the let the 6 month Sirius XM expire, Traffic Link and Travel Link are gone unless you pay for them.

Be prepared to receive endless snail mail wanting you to sign up after your 6 months are up. At first they have their Sirius name stamped on the outside of the envelope so I would just throw it away without having to open it. Now they're coming in brown envelopes without their name on it so you have to open it to make sure it's not something important. Yes I've tried calling and they still send it! I think it took over a year for them to stop with my last F 150.

I always had them since they first started with XM. Had them all my vehicles. I’ll keep them as long as I get the cheap rates.

Not on the window sticker. If it is it's hidden. I was thinking it was three months. Anyway, I went through the Sat radio stage 2009-2012. Had it on two vehicles under different card numbers. I dropped the personal acct and kept the business one. They started charging BOTH vehicles to my business without my permission. I had to terminate both accounts to keep from being charged. Besides, it isn't worth any amount anymore to me. I use internet radio from my phone. The music channels on sat are too repetitive and redundant. But yeah, threaten to leave and suddenly it's $5 a month.

Mine is 6 months, and when I registered it online I got an additional 3 months for a little over 2 bucks. Not gonna keep it after that unless they give a great deal.

I only do $5/mo and only if they make it 12 months. It's worth the 5 minute call if I only have to remember to do it once a year and not every 6 months.....
