My truck is making a high pitched noise (attached video). I hear it when I’m braking, but only under 5 MPH and come to a full stop, then initially again after I go again. Only lasts a few seconds each time. Sound comes from the dash (?). Definitely not noise from the brakes. Just started today, and happened every time.

Others will probably have a better answer, but sounds like one of the alarms when getting too close to something. Maybe going off inadvertantly

I didn't insinuate there was anyone in front of you. I said "inadvertantly"> Below is from the manual. That last one has to do with under 5 mph

Note: Keep the sensors on the bumper or
fascia free from snow, ice and large
accumulations of dirt. If the sensors are
covered, the system’s accuracy can be
affected. Do not clean the sensors with
sharp objects.
Note: If your vehicle sustains damage to
the bumper or fascia, leaving it misaligned
or bent, the sensing zone may be altered
causing inaccurate measurement of
obstacles or false alerts.

If the transmission is in drive (D) or any
other forward gear (for example, low (L),
sport (S) or any forward gear in a manual
transmission), the front sensing system
provides audio and visual warnings when
your vehicle is moving below a speed of
5 mph (8 km/h) and an obstacle is inside
the detection area. Once the vehicle is
stationary, the audio warning stops after
two seconds and the visual indication
stops after four seconds. If the obstacles
detected are within 12 in (30 cm), the
visual indication remains on.

If rcairflr is certain its the chimes for parking sensors thats likely your problem
There is initally a Caution of an alternating On/Off tone which changes to a solid tone as you get closer to whatever is in front of you. Since the Ops tone is solid, it seems he has a sensor covered by something or damaged and as he slows below 5 MPH it goes straight to the solid tone and bypasses the Caution On/Off tone. But yes that is exactly the same tone I get when pullting into the garage and getting close to the far wall

If you look at your SYNC dosplay you should be able to determine which sensor is giving you the alarm by looking for the red bar
Had mine do this and could tell which sensor needed to be cleaned.
