For a new or farily new tire its a small suprise there. I have seen it wheere it dips in but not out. Curious of what tires you have
I bought atturo trail blade 265/70/ r17 from Walmart they had a sale for 89.99 a piece. I had to drive to Walmart with a tired department they gave me a new tire and mounted and balanced it for free

bro , those tires , just , I can't, "where the rubber meets the road" is NOT the place to save money, not that much anyway , just dont have any passengers and keep it on private driveways and off the main roads where the rest of us have to drive , should be ? (I kid , I kid , but I would keep an eye on them , that's pretty cheap quality methinks)

I'm with @NotBudule on this one for sure. Sometimes you do get what you pay for, and tire quality is not a place I will attempt to be overly frugal with.
That said, we all do what we have to do based on our own personal financial situations and preferences. I hope you get exceptional wear from those tires, but I would definitely keep an eye on them as long as you own them. Hopefully that knot was just a one-off event.

Sorry but I have to inquire.... You have a 2022 and you are already putting new tires on? Why?

Your first post says you had Ford mount and balance the tires, but you bought them from Walmart? I'm confused on this one.

On a radial tire a bulging sidewall is a sign of a thrown belt. It is a serious problem because it will not heal itself, may take out belts next to it and ultimately destroy the tire. Yes, you can drive on it, but I would replace it ASAP.
