So i want to tap into my license plate lights for a light bar and use this 'T' connector, the one pictured is for the Raptor grille lights that tap into the side marker bulb harness so i need another one , i looked around on Amazon and Google but not finding the exact one that has the matching gray male/female square plugs, can anyone identify?
Thanks.

I don't think that that harness will work for the license plate lamp connectors. They don't match what is in the shop manual wiring diagram for the license plate lamp connectors.

The license plate lamp wiring is fed from a 16 pin connector and from there to the 2 lamp sockets, with no connector in between.

Thanks you are correct, i just found that out now by looking under there this is what that plate bulb connector looks like. Its also much smaller than the front marker connectors.
So i would need to find a t harness that matches to this.

Hmm - I am not seeing a connector like that for the License Plate Lights, it's part of a harness assembly and the wires go into the plate light sockets

It closely looks like a parking sensor connector - are you SURE this is the plate light connector

The easiest thing to do is get a set of these and make your own, the question is will these fit the Light Bar.

Let me apologize  and be clear this is for 6th Gen '24 Ranger not sure if the license plate connector was changed from the previous years, there isn't much tech available over on 6G considering it's a new model, and I'm still a 5th Gen owner at heart even if i don't physically own it anymore:LOL:
I'm just trying not to physically break through the wires insulation when there's got to be a better solution.
Thanks for your help.

Noted: That helped: I can get you halfway

WPT-1469 is the connector Part Number
Just need to try to find the mating connector/ which is hard to find as the mating end is on a part.
With a little digging you should be able to find it.
I highly doubt there are any premade T-Harnesses, and it will be difficult to find the mate.
If you search - Automotive Connector Guides you may find a mate, Ford also has a Connector Guide.
The P/N is verified via the 24-wiring diagram
Sometimes with aftermarket connectors, their Guides will list the mating connector with it.

Thats why I suggested the simple way and just splice in a connector, but with some digging you should find it.

Your next option is to move further upstream and hit the next (In-Line) connector
This is a 12-Pin cavity connector with 10 wires

Male Side: WPT-1485
Female Side: WPT-1544 or Alt PN: WPT-1125
You can get both and (splice) together and (T-Off) with connector for light bar
Pin # 1 - (License Plate -Power) Yellow / Violet
Pin# 12 (License Plate Ground) Black / White

Thank you for that info i will begin to search them out, and i guess then they did change the plate bulb wire connectors, that's interesting they would do that to a minor part and not keep running with what was already R&D'd in the pipeline.

I looked up those connectors and they were pricey and i didn't find a complete match.
So what i wound up doing with the connection was use Posi-Lok brand posi -tap connector, i also applied this spray for added protection against corrosion I've used this spray on by boat with accessories stuff like an aftermarket radio install and some additional lighting and it protects against the salt water/air corrosion in that environment.
Thanks to all who replied.
